NSFWDL is not a producer of any content
NSFWDL does not produce, film, commission, upload, edit, or host any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. It has no public upload system, no catalog, and no permanent media archive. NSFWDL is therefore not a primary or secondary producer, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of any such depiction, and it keeps no records under those provisions.
Who keeps the records
NSFWDL is a download tool: a visitor pastes a public link from a third-party adult website, and NSFWDL fetches that video so the visitor can save it. The video, and any thumbnail or short preview shown while a format is chosen, is hosted by that source website and fetched only at the visitor's request; NSFWDL does not publish it on its own pages or keep it after the transfer.
The records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 for that content are kept by the source website or by the producers of the content it hosts. Questions about those records should go to the operator of the website that hosts the video; most adult websites link their own 2257 statement in their footer.
Adults only, and no content involving minors
NSFWDL is only for adults who have reached 18 years of age, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. Using NSFWDL for any material that depicts a minor, or anyone who did not consent, is prohibited by the Terms of Use. Report such material at once through the abuse and safety route, and do not attach the material itself.
