Agreement and eligibility
By using NSFWDL, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree. You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to agree, and be legally permitted to access adult-content services where you are located.
What the service does
NSFWDL accepts a public media-page URL, attempts to extract formats exposed by that source, and proxies or temporarily prepares the format you choose. Thirteen dedicated source routes are maintained; the universal downloader is best effort. NSFWDL does not host a public adult-media catalog or provide a permanent media locker.
Public URLs and your authority
You may submit only URLs that are publicly accessible without bypassing an account, subscription, payment, private setting, DRM, or other access control. You are responsible for confirming that you own the media or have permission or another lawful basis to download it. A source being technically supported does not mean every download from that source is legal or permitted by the source's terms.
Copyright and source-site rules
Copyright and other rights in source media belong to their respective owners. Do not use NSFWDL to infringe copyright, performers' rights, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. You are also responsible for reviewing the source site's terms; NSFWDL's ability to process a URL does not waive or override them. See the Copyright & Takedown Policy.
No circumvention
NSFWDL does not offer and you must not attempt to use it for:
- DRM or technological-protection-measure circumvention;
- private, login-only, paid, subscription, or paywalled media;
- stolen, shared, or user-uploaded authentication cookies or credentials;
- OnlyFans, Fansly, or similar subscription bypass;
- recording live webcams or streams not offered as a public downloadable item; or
- defeating geographic, age, account, or platform access controls.
Strictly prohibited content and conduct
You must not use or test the service with:
- child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, trafficking, or any sexual exploitation;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic material, sexual deepfakes published without consent, sextortion, or content shared in breach of a person's privacy;
- rape, coercion, trafficking, bestiality, or other unlawful sexual content;
- malware, malicious files, phishing, credential theft, or links intended to attack NSFWDL or another system;
- content or conduct illegal in your jurisdiction or the operator's applicable jurisdiction; or
- harassment, doxxing, infringement, fraud, or interference with another person's rights.
Do not send suspected CSAM through an ordinary support message or attach illegal material. Use the safety reporting guidance and contact competent law enforcement or an authorized reporting body where appropriate.
Automated and abusive use
Do not scrape NSFWDL, evade rate or size limits, probe private networks, overload extraction or delivery capacity, resell access, share Supporter keys, interfere with security controls, or use automation that harms the service or source platforms. Normal assistive technology and ordinary personal use are allowed.
Service limits
The current nominal file limit is about 500 MB for Free and about 2 GB for Supporter. There is no daily quota and no separate resolution paywall. Size estimates are not guarantees and unknown size is not a premium classification. Bounded preflight and hard transfer ceilings protect the service when exact size is unavailable. Capacity, safety, legal requirements, and source behavior may require reasonable changes to limits or supported sites.
Supporter access
Supporter is a resource and queue-priority tier, not an account, ownership right, uptime commitment, or license to third-party media. It does not unlock private or copyrighted content. Activation keys are revocable for sharing, resale, fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms. Any donation or payment arrangement is handled outside the downloader and must be described by the relevant provider.
Temporary files and links
Format and download references expire. Direct responses are proxied. Prepared media is stored temporarily and normally removed after a complete transfer, failure, shutdown, or expiry, subject to the cleanup qualifications in the Privacy Policy. Do not rely on NSFWDL to preserve any file or link.
Availability and changes
Source sites can remove media, change APIs or page structure, block server traffic, impose regional restrictions, or require access NSFWDL will not bypass. Formats, quality, filenames, speed, and availability are not guaranteed. The universal downloader may fail even for a public URL. NSFWDL may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may block a source or request where needed for security, capacity, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
Third-party sites, ads, and affiliate links
Source sites, donation services, and any future affiliate or advertising provider operate under their own terms and privacy policies. NSFWDL is not responsible for their content or conduct. Ads or affiliate links, if introduced, must be clearly identified and must not masquerade as downloader controls. No ad click may be required to download, and NSFWDL policy prohibits forced redirects, pop-ups or popunders, and automatic new tabs.
NSFWDL materials
The NSFWDL name, site design, original text, and software components may be protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer them to you. They also do not claim ownership of third-party media, source-site names, marks, or content.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NSFWDL disclaims implied warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or compatible with every source. Nothing here excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for the URLs you submit, your authority to download, and what you do with the resulting file. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from source outages, unavailable formats, expired temporary files, or misuse outside the service's intended design. This limitation does not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
Law and disputes
No governing-law or exclusive-forum clause is stated in this pre-launch version because the operator's legal identity and jurisdiction have not been verified. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable law continue to apply. This section must be reviewed and completed, if appropriate, before launch.
Changes and contact
